Position:
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Job Description:
- Operation and supervision of business operations in the Asian market
- Applying long-term business plan to creation and execution of short-term strategies
- Overseeing domestic and foreign team (hardware, software, R&D) operations
- Design and improvement of the whole organizational system (general affairs, accounting, human resources, judicial affairs, sales) as the business team’s supervisor
- Managing the progress of various business projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in working and/or studying abroad (starting up new branches, MBA studies, etc.)
- Experience in managing a team of +30 employees
- The street-fighter attitude and (English) communication skills to handle demanding negotiations in Japan and abroad
- The grit and persistence to stand firm whatever the situation
Optional Qualifications:
- COO (or applicable) experience in startups or joint ventures
- Experience from IT, finance, consulting or consumer product industries
- Experience in using Chinese language for work and/or negotiating with Chinese companies
- Experience in growing an organization from a small employee headcount, and training the growing workforce
Position:
Senior Software Engineer
Job Description:
- Planning tasks and timelines based on business requirements
- Designing complex systems that meet the current and planned goals of the company
- Writing core components in C++
- Creating and implementing processes to improve software team work flow (currently trying to implement code reviews and commit templates)
- Manage external requests (from the CEO and CTO) and prioritise these appropriately
- Track the team’s progress throughout sprints and report any delays to management as appropriate (Scrum master)
- Create future roadmaps and make sure that the software team can achieve the company goals
- Make decisions regarding releases (timing, quality, which bugs are shippable and which block a release)
- Review system component designs from other team members
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years software development experience
- 5+ years team lead experience
- Excellent C++ knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows APIs, 3D graphics, interprocess communication

Position:
Accounting Manager
Job Description:
- Reviewing FOVE’s accounting process and considering improvements (e.g. introduction of new systems)
- Responsible for the whole accounting process
- General affairs (assortment journalizing, deposit and withdrawal management, managing accounts payable/receivable, internal expenses, etc.)
- Monthly/yearly settlement of accounts
- Managing payments and orders
- Creating budgets
- Tasks related to business planning
- Various back-office tasks
- Communication with accounting office
- Reporting to the CEO
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years accounting experience internally or in an accounting office
- JCCI bookkeeping certification level 2 or above

Job Description:
- Ensuring effective working environment for engineers, business team and researchers:

Minimum Qualifications:
